How does delivery work?
We deliver across most of West and South West London on a fixed schedule — check the homepage for the next upcoming delivery dates. Orders must be placed by 9pm the evening before your chosen delivery day.

Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently cover W1–W14 and SW1–SW14, plus SW19, SW20, TW9, and TW10 (Wimbledon/Richmond). Delivery is £3.90 for the main zone, £5.90 for the Wimbledon/Richmond extension.

How will I know my order's on its way?
You'll get a WhatsApp confirmation the moment you order. Delivery-day updates (out for delivery, arrived) come directly from our courier, Gophr.

What if I'm not home when it arrives?
Your order comes in an insulated cooling bag, so it's fine to leave safely at your door if you're out — just leave delivery instructions at checkout.

The Food

What's in a lahmacun?
British beef, fresh vegetables, and a light touch of spice, made in the traditional Antep style — no lamb, no shortcuts. Every box comes with a bundle of fresh baby gem lettuce, parsley, lemon, and radish to build your own.

Is it halal?
Yes — our meat is halal-sourced.

Any allergens I should know about?
Our kitchen also handles nuts, so there's a may-contain-traces warning as a precaution, even though nuts aren't a lahmacun ingredient.

Storage & Reheating

Can I freeze it?
Yes — lahmacun freezes well. Enjoy fresh on the day, or freeze the rest for later.

How do I reheat it?
Pan, oven, or air fryer all work — full timings are on our homepage.
